Contains no gluten. Energy and nutritional value of 100g product: energy value 292kJ (69 kcal), fat 0.7g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.6g, carbohydrates 14g, of which sugar 7g, protein 1.6g, salt 0.05g, vitamin C 35mg, iron 2mg. Storage: Store unopened at room temperature until the date printed on the cap. Unheated leftovers can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 48 hours. Preparation: Serve at room temperature or warmed. Open before heating. A slight creaking means that the lid has not been opened before. Heat the required amount.
