Instead of the usual washing under the tap, soak the plates under water. Effective washing does not require a lot of foam. Recommended dosage for 5 liters of water: medium scale dishes = 2.5 ml (approx. ½ teaspoon), heavily coated dishes 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon).
